SHELBY ENGEL
Owner of "Shelby Makeup Artistry" & Co Owner of "2&co."
Shelby entered the industry in 2014 by studying Makeup & Skincare at Elly Lukas in Melbourne. Shelby then went straight into studying her diploma in specialist makeup services at "The Academy Of Makeup' in South Yarra Melbourne. Leading her to work as a beauty Adviser in David jones followed by Inglot Cosmetics Eastland in 2016 where she started her freelance makeup business on the side. After around a year working for inglot in 2016 Shelby decided to quit retail makeup and go out on her own, freelancing for all events including Bridal, Debs, Birthdays & Formals. After working from her home salon as a full time makeup artist it was time to start a new treatment which was eyebrow Microblading where she studied with 'Tanya beauty care' for the beginning of 2018 which quickly became just as popular as makeup! Since then Shelby has also added Dermaplaning facial to her treatment list and by March 2018 it was time to take the next step and open a salon! Read below.
THE SALON
In April 2018 2&co. was opened in Lilydale, Melbourne. Co owned by Shelby (Shelby Makeup Artistry) and Hayley (Wink Lashes & beauty) who studied together in previous years to create a salon offering a wide range of beauty treatments! New treatments and products are introduced by the pair regularly to give a great in salon experience. Keep an eye out for whats to come...
